As a certified Yoga Instructor, longtime student of human potential and transformational practices, wife, mother and avid recreational athlete, Jean has come to believe that the most potent and satisfying life is one lived with deep, compassionate self-awareness. And that the most direct path to that awareness is through the practice of Yoga. The Whole of Yoga. The Yoga that teaches us to be present with our breath, our physical body, our thoughts and our emotions. The Yoga that strengthens, balances and opens our physical bodies while teaching us to include all that comes onto our plates and into our lives with grace, compassion and awareness.
